Postscript SMS Marketing

What I love most about PostScript is they don't charge extra fees upfront for shortcode service. This was my determining factor for returning to the platform. So far I'm loving this app. Seamless and easy to use. Contacted customer service regarding an issue with credits, they went above and beyond to assist with my needs. This will keep me as a loyal client. I appreciate their willingness to assist even in off hours!

I've been dealing with Zev mainly, he provides excellent customer service and I initially thought it is his app as he replies so quick and wants to genuinely resolve any issues asap. The app is awesome. Very affordable. Great chat support. I highly recommend it.

Great app, even better service. I've hesitated on taking the plunge into text-marketing for a while, just being so accustomed to email only. Finally decided to do it. The Postscript app itself is already pretty intuitive, but of course, had questions come up as you would with any new tool. The Postscript team was SUPER responsive and over-shared rather than under-shared which I really appreciated. I had a great experience with Shannon and Zev, but I'm sure the whole team is just as helpful. Looking forward to continuing this text-marketing journey and seeing some great results!

Excited to test this app out. Have heard great things from other business owners about them & the results from text automation. On top of that, communicating with there team has been amazing. They're extremely hands on and go in depth on their platform, it's functionality and how it works.

PS Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. Talking to real people, real time, helping set up a second PS application on another site. Highly recommend. If you aren't using SMS in your marketing plan, you are missing out.

Great app. Very easy to use. I especially like the pricing options: you only have to pay once the app delivers results -- once you've sent 150 messages in a month, which is very nice if you are a startup on a tight budget!
