Postscript has made our text marketing so easy. The app has nearly everything we need to run creative campaigns and automations – and when there is something we think it could do better, the team is receptive to our feedback and helps us figure out a way to get it done.

Even better than the app, the entire team is such a joy to work with. I've never worked with a SaSS provider that cares as much about our success as the Postscript crew does. They're quick to respond, thorough, and go above and beyond to make sure our experience is great.

If you're looking to venture into text messaging (or switching from a less nimble provider like we were) , Postscript is the only company you should consider.

I'm always impressed by the quality of the support team at PostScript. We recently added a second instance of PostScript to our second store and they were amazing at cloning all flows and keywords. This SMS app also has amazing results! Congrats to the team!

I'm new to SMS marketing and Postscript has been a really user-friendly app. The customer service is excellent, anytime i've had a question they've always been extremely helpful and thorough. Today I chatted with Sandy who helped me with my own self-created technical difficulties! Thanks Sandy!

Adam did a great job introducing us to the platform. He spent all the time we needed to learn and has checked back in since. When we have a question, their support chat is on the ball! (Thank you Shannon!).
More important is that our FIRST campaign, only 568 texts, gained us $1,200 in sales 75% of that within 2 hours of sending.
Excited to have set up the abandon cart automation to see how it performs for BF!
Excellent app, integrates with Klaviyo and Zendesk. Super easy to use and if you get stuck there is a ton of support at your fingertips.
DO IT!

The app is incredibly user friendly. It's ready to go out of the box. I installed it but then didn't get around to customizing it for a couple of weeks. Then I discovered it was bringing in a lot of sales. By default, right at install, there are 5 flows preconfigured for you, even with engaging gifs - without making any effort to customize yet, all I did was activate these out of the box flows and they led to sales. The customer service is extremely responsive. The interface is very smart but also flexible, unlike some competitors. I'm currently testing additional apps, but so far, Postscript is the winner in all areas.

I've installed this app in about two months ago, the amazing thing about it is that it's so easy to use and the most important thing is their support team they won't let you down and they will solve any problem you APPLAUSE TO THEM!

I'm only on free trial, but Customer Service (Meg) was extremely friendly, quick to reply, and helpful! Makes my decision to convert to paying user even easier!
