Ran into a little delay with my first campaign. But then I reached out to Chat and OMG!!!! They were amazing!!! Fixed my issue in seconds. Love it!!!

Great support! lots of flexibility to configure different flows for mobile vs desktop, and the ability to tie a click from an unidentified mobile device through to checkout so it gets properly associated with the shopify customer is clutch.

We used this app to directly SMS our customers that left us their phone numbers over the last 14 years. This is a great way to first-line contact a large group of people who are already interested in your business.
