I've a few weeks into my trial and loving the app! Already saved over $500 in abandoned carts. We'll definitely be staying on as paying customers.
I loved how they walked me through the setup in the beginning so that we know we're doing everything by the book.
The automations are gold. And the customer service is top notch!

We are using this app to communicate to a specific group of customers. On a busy Sunday, we needed some help/direction on a few things, so we sent the team a message. They immediately jumped in to help us solve our problems. So refreshing to find a business partner interested in helping your business. I am 15 days into my free trial and have gotten great customer service when I have had questions. They have training videos to help you navigate how to get the word out. And I have already seen a return on investment enough to cover my first paid month and leave my old text service and make the switch.

Although I had some issues initially the customer service was excellent very helpful & patient during set-up! I love this app so far so good:)

The customer service team has been extremely helpful especially with bringing over my existing customer list and getting them put into this new texting system. Still trying to figure everything out as far as the service is concerned but so far I am very satisfied with the Postscript service & the customer service is top notch!
