Normally they're closed on weekends but I was able to get in touch with Adam Turner at 8am on a Saturday! He was in such great spirits and after explaining to him the problem it was rectified in less than 5 minutes. We're opening today and wanted to use to service so it freaked us out when we ran into the problem at 3am and couldn't figure out the Billing issue.

Excellent app for SMS marketing, very helpful customer support as well! Had an issue with customer facing popups and was able to resolve it without having to tweak our coding

I tried this app out for the free 30 days & it was obvious it would pay for itself. My results were great. Super pumped to add this type of marketing to my business plan. I have loved how easy it is to use. Also, Bryan in customer service is awesome. He's always so quick to respond and always helps me out when I have questions.

We've loved using this app to update customer on new product launches and sales. Our informational content hasn't done as well through this medium, but great for quick reminders. The team is super helpful. Integrates with other apps seamlessly. Definitely recommend!

The customer service for this app is incredible. I spent an hour with Sylvia trying to fix a minor layout issue and she was so patient and helpful. This app has great features but technology can still be so frustrating, nothing replaces having someone to ask questions to! Great support team behind the scenes!
