Postscript was the first SMS app I used very successfully. I trialed two other major SMS platforms and was disappointed that neither had a fully functioning Klaviyo integration. I eventually came back to Postscript because it was the only one that allows you to effortlessly and instantaneously sync your klaviyo segments to your sms account and therefore seamlessly match your email messaging to your sms messaging.

I can handle everything by myself in the platform and don't have to have their team installing anything, reviewing and confirming messaging, or generally being in the way of my processes like what I experienced on the other platforms.

Plus, their customer service has been top notch, super responsive, and super helpful. SMS has become a major marketing platform for us and I'm very happy to be with Postscript

Normally they're closed on weekends but I was able to get in touch with Adam Turner at 8am on a Saturday! He was in such great spirits and after explaining to him the problem it was rectified in less than 5 minutes. We're opening today and wanted to use to service so it freaked us out when we ran into the problem at 3am and couldn't figure out the Billing issue.

Excellent app for SMS marketing, very helpful customer support as well! Had an issue with customer facing popups and was able to resolve it without having to tweak our coding

I tried this app out for the free 30 days & it was obvious it would pay for itself. My results were great. Super pumped to add this type of marketing to my business plan. I have loved how easy it is to use. Also, Bryan in customer service is awesome. He's always so quick to respond and always helps me out when I have questions.
