Great app and team building the product. Ive been through every different platform offering SMS/MMS marketing solutions and Postscript has been the only company to do it right! highly recommend.
I have been using Postscript for my boutique the last 10 months and have seen a 20% increase in sales, just by adding text message marketing. The app is super user friendly and the customer service has been both quick and efficient.

I've been using Postscript for about 9 months now and it's the best solution for text message marketing. Onboarding is simple and straightforward, the UI is friendly and overall you'll see results pretty instantly. Make sure to set up an abandoned cart sequence and of course a welcome series (put your keyword on your social media for a big boost your bottom line). We recently needed to integrate our Klaviyo opt-in form to Postscript and had some technical issues making sure Klaviyo only handled emails and Postscript only handled texts. I hopped on the live support chat and got it figured out in no time. The Customer Success rep Bryan even tested the opt-in form on his end which was even better. Overall, Postscript is a great product, a great company, and has great people!
Customer service was great and helped me get every setup properly, because at the beginning I had no idea if anything was working.
