I LOVE this! It's so simple and easy to use! I can run my marketing just like the big boys and gals. The support chat is amazing, Alyssa was so helpful to me! Especially on Thanksgiving! The only thing I recommend is restructuring their prices and credits - My campaign was not going to be sent out as I was only a few credits short - the only option was to upgrade to 10,000 credits. Alyssa helped me out though because she's awesome!

I use this app to grow and reach our customers via text message. It simply works! We are seeing at least a 6x on ROI every single month. It's easy to use and the support is excellent. It is an excellent way to reach customers at different stages of their buying journey.

The software itself is very user friendly and the staff even more so. My boy Zev is always around to help on the live chat or by email if I happen to miss him on the chat. I actually migrated to postscript from smsbump(which btw is absolutely terrible). If your on the fence about which company to use for your SMS marketing, the choice is simple, choose postscript!
