Love this app! Super easy to use and make campaigns. Plus my customers love it and defiantly has helped improve my business.
Postscript is by far the best tool I’ve found for sending text messages on Shopify. The UI makes it super easy to create and test messages. Love the app!
I've used this to recover sales and alert customers to new offerings. Most recently I had a small tech issue and the customer support (Shannon) was beyond amazing and helpful. Resolved my issue and I'm back up and running.
This app is super easy to use and smartly designed. I just installed it this month and already have new potential customers connected. I had a slight problem understanding a couple items, and Alex w customer service was right there instantly in chat and solved my question like a breeze!! I highly reccomend PostScripts to all!!

This company is very helpful. We use this app for their segments. It allows us to really narrow things down. We have hundreds of products each with 10-16 size options. This app allows us to text customers by the date or size of order down to the size if we wanted. My only issue is not allowing us the choice to use our own sites link in the text.
Since downloading this app I have been able to push sales through my text messaging marketing. I have also added the incentive for people to sign up on my homepage for 15% off their purchases. I have had customers use it! Great customer service too! I highly recommend.
WOW Meg is amazing!!! It's hard to get good customer service on message chats, and with most company chats I've often had to stop the conversation to confirm that I'm speaking with a real person because it felt like the people chatting with me were not paying attention or reading my full replies. Completely opposite experience with Meg. She understood what my concern was right away, asked for the relevant information needed, and also looked up my account on her own end to understand the full details of what was going on. She told me what she thought was happening and how she could help and also reached out to her manager to confirm her findings. She then followed up with me the same day with an update, and then again early the next morning with a conclusion on what they had found and what was going to be done to remedy the situation. I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service that we received and the solution to our problem. Thanks so much Meg!!
I love Postscript for our SMS program. It integrates seamlessly with Klaviyo and Shopify, allowing us to have a robust omnichannel marketing presence and offer exclusive access to our SMS list. Postscript's customer service is also top-notch! You won't be disappointed with the functionality and operations of this mighty app.
