Postscript SMS Marketing

We used this app for about 1year. The last few months issues are worst it's time to let this app go. Automation is not working anymore. Abandon carts are not sending out. Customer Service just don't care and I downgraded the plan all my previous credits I paid for was taken.

Just downloaded and never looked back. Looking forward to seeing results and insane open rates and ROI. The most amazing team and support, which will make or break your experience and results. They go above and beyond, respond immediately and sound like normal and fun humans. Can’t wait to work with them and scale!

Omg! I've had Postscripts for almost two years! Rarely had an issue! I ran into something slight (that was apparently my fault) lol and they took care of it immediately and the follow up game is strong!!!

Porshai was super quick and answered my questions immediately! She confirmed what I needed to know and solved my problem!

We just started using Postscript and so far so good! Have had a couple of questions and Postscript Customer Service has gotten back to me within 5 minutes each time. Very helpful and walked me through everything. We have definitely seen an uptake in sales with Postscript also. I'm sure as we get everything set up better, we will see an even bigger difference! Can't wait!

Just during the free trial period, we saw crazy growth with Postscript! It was a no brainer to upgrade our plan once it was over.
