I love how easy it is to integrate and I've had a great experience with their customer support team, shout out to Sylvia Om for her amazing support today and helping walk me through exactly the steps I needed to make sure I was compliant with some new laws and help me optimize my sign-ups. A truly great app and team.

The support team is incredible. They're all quick to respond and will go above and beyond helping you with your question and even suggesting different strategies.

I'm making the switch from my existing SMS platform. I'm still working on the transition but so far the customer service has been helpful. I'm looking forward to using this app and making SMS work for my store!

Porshai was great. Fast at responding and a clear communicator. I needed to figure out how to enter a link on a sms flow. I am still learning to use postscript. It was quick and easy.

I had an issue where my sms was fired before I finalized the scheduling process. I contacted customer support and they immediately answered me (even when it was a weekend).

They found the bug and they fixed it in record time. They also kept me informed during the whole process of what was going on.
