I'm very happy with this app so far. I have tried several other companies and been disappointed. The features are great and the customer support is even better!
Had a bit of a billing issue but Zev was able to help me through chat in record time! I am a happy customer and their customer support team is amazing and very prompt.
Love the app. Very helpful and generally user friendly. Customer service was great, and fast! Was having a problem and messaged and "Zev" helped out super fast, and did everything I needed him to do within 1 minute of messaging.
Taylor was very very helpful in the questions i had with the SMS marketing! I appreciate her quick and helpful response! Must have app on your shopify store!
App works exactly as promised in driving revenue (as long as you set flows up the right way). Postscript is the Klaviyo x Mailchimp of SMS - the customization is on point, the pricing tiers are sensible, and support team is solid. Highly recommend trying it out to see how your customers respond!
So far so good, the app does what it says. Also, they do have amazing support, they have live support chat not one of chats that actually send an email that is responded to in a nonspecific amount of time. We will continue to build out the app with the help of their support team, the integrations are also perfect for us. Out CS team can answer texts from their Zendesk account.
App works great, I've captured some sales I would have otherwise lost. Support is amazing...personal, stateside, and they really try to connect with their customers
The app works great and very easy to use. ROI from SMS has been incredible so far. But the best component is how it increased customer retention. First thing we tried was to add a funny GIF along with our messaging, and customers came right back. Support has been great so far, hopefully it stays that way!
Love how easy it is to use and how detailed you are able to make segments. It was simple to get started and already generating revenue in under an hour!
