Postscript SMS Marketing

INCREDIBLE customer support and seriously the best SMS app we have ever used!! Give em your money, they will make you more!

When I want to send text messages, it sends text messages, and their support is fantastic. I'd recommend postscript to anybody who wants to do SMS.

4 stars to Zev for being quick, personable and actually helpful. Then another star for having a cool name.

I chatted in with a simple question. Shannon answered my question promptly and then proceeded by saying since you have me, is there anything else I can help with? Would you like me to look at your automations? And she HELPED ME make some edits and create new ones! Shannon has honestly been the nicest and most helpful person I have come across since starting my boutique a year ago! :)

The team and the product at Postscript are fabulous. They are knowledgeable, helpful, great at solving problems quickly and a pleasure to work with (look out for Adam, Sean and Shannon!) They have been highly supportive throughout the whole process of setting up and using their platform. Can't recommend them highly enough!

This app has been amazing for our store. There are so many excellent features. We did use a contractor to set up our text flows. So worth it!

We've been learning a lot about text marketing and always get quick responses to any questions or hiccups we find. Postscripts has been a great new tool we use through Shopify and their customer service is on point!
