awesome app. tried other options , but they weren't as efficient as Postscript. as long as they keep improving their platform , they will be best in SMS marketing. Also thanks Sylvia from their customer support team , she is awesome :)
We recently started using this app and its been incredible not only the service they provide but also the customer support team they have. We had an issue we needed to get resolved and thanks to Alex and their team they were able to help us immediately!
Highly recommend. The technical support center helped me a lot, and operation details are clearly documented so I could follow the instructions step by step.
Great app. We switched from mobile text alerts and the reporting and integrations are OUT of this world.
It is one of the good apps that I came across for sending SMS campaigns. The support team was incredible.
I have used PS for a while now. I tried another app that had both email and SMS because of FOMO, but I'm back within a week. Their customer service is top notch. I am able to chat with a human and not a bot when I have questions.

I've been using it for i think just about the full trial period and I have been pretty happy. I haven't even touched on a fraction of what it can do. i set up their provided templates and did the bare minimum and its already given me an ROI. And their customer service is crazy fast to respond. I will definitely keep it around!
After using Postscript for over 2 years, I can't commend their customer support enough. Recently, I encountered a setback where I lost hours of work due to an accidental error. However, the Postscript team swiftly stepped in and managed to recover everything for me. I truly appreciate their rapid response and dedication to resolving issues promptly.
While Postscript excels in customer support, I've noticed some areas for improvement. The user experience occasionally interrupts my workflow, and it would be beneficial if the collected data were seamlessly integrated with Klaviyo to enhance communication strategies. Nevertheless, I remain optimistic that the app will evolve positively over time.
Despite these minor setbacks, I'm committed to continuing with Postscript. Their stellar support and potential for growth make them a valuable partner in our marketing efforts.
