Platform is great and userability is amazing. Really customisable and easy to use! Customer service is great as well (Zev) dealt with an issue for us and it was resolved within minutes. Really friendly and professional!

There are few apps in the Shopify ecosystem that would qualify as instant gamechangers, but this is one of them no doubt. So far the app is very intuitive to use however what stands out is the customer service! Shannon is the bomb-diggity and basically helped me set up my automations from start to finish. I was able to get these up and running super-fast and she made it fun to get them done.

Postscript is easy to use and has in depth analytics and reporting. I love being able to send gifs and they provide excellent help if you need it! It’s increased our revenue and drives instant traffic to our site.
