Customer service is unbelievable. I am very content and happy with the way PostScript work. I would never use another app besides them.

Great customer service and Sylvia is very responsive and helpful. Still on the trial period, but this app seems to be a great way to communicate with customers directly and avoiding relying on algorithms.

i absolutely love the live chat option - my questions were answered in seconds and things that previously took at least a few hours, if not a day, with other companies was solved in under 5 minutes with the live chat option. HUGE thanks to Taylor who helped me on live chat and was so efficient and supportive of getting my problem solved quickly!

We've been using Postscript for about 2 years now and it's a great affordable SMS service for small businesses. Compared to other SMS marketing services out there (Attentive and the like) that charge 10x or more, we feel that Postscript provides 90% of the functionality of these other large providers. Over time PS has improved their services (e.g. Flows) that now I feel it's likely just as good for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend PS if you're a small biz getting into SMS marketing or even if you're a larger one that's more established that needs to get up and running ASAP>
