Postscript SMS Marketing

We've been using this app for a few months and it performs beautifully. I've also been very impressed by the support staff. Today Michael helped me and he was very attentive, friendly, and straight to the point and answered by questions efficiently. I have used this app for a little over a week. The app is fairly easy to understand. Something that I really LOVE is their customer support team is AMAZING and always there to help. If you have a question, they go out of their way to help. In fact, one of the employees stayed after hours to help me via phone. Highly recommend.

The app was super easy to install and get started. Setting up keywords for customers to send back to choose their own adventure make it feel real and not a robot. Abandon cart triggers are a HUGE win. And if keywords aren't enough you can get personal, responding directly to them through the postscript app!

I love how easy it is to setup. It took me a total of 5 minutes get it up and running. The popup looks great as well.
