Postscript SMS Marketing

I love this APP! I was looking for an SMS Marketing App to use with Shopify and this seemed to fit the bill. Once I installed it and got started I couldn't believe the ease of set up. The best part was Shannon my chat support. I have used many software programs and apps with horrible support which caused me to uninstall or delete. Thanks to Shannon and all her assistance, I got my first segment, automation and campaign up and running in no time at all. Worth it just for the chat support alone!

We've been really happy with our decision to go with PostScript. We researched a few other options and felt like they offered the greatest value for the features. It's super intuitive to use and the return on investment has been really impressive thus far!

Really wasn't expecting my inquiry to be answered at midnight. But they came through and helped me through setup and added the automations for FREE!! Awesome customer support. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to see the full extent of this app and how many conversions it will make with customer engagement.

First impressions so far are good. They take extra steps to protect you from TCPA violations. Lots of features and helpful support chat

Postscript was been an excellent tool for my online store so far. Customers sign up with ease and its easy to manage from my phone or computer. Today I had the pleasure of working with Zev who helped me add more credits to my account to push more messages to my customers. He was friendly, knowledgable and fixed by issue within minutes.

Would recommend this tool for anyone of any size wanting to add SMS to their marketing mix. We are seeing a 22% conversion rate from our SMS cart abandonment campaign!

I love this app! So easy to send text to your customers. It has great reporting features and my favorite part is credits roll over to the next month!!!
