The Post script app has been great so far. We needed help with some technical stuff (html/css) and reached out to support. The customer service was great. In particular Sylvia. Her willingness to help was amazing. She's also very funny.

I'm new to the app but so far, I'm loving it. I am gaining subscribers each day and just launched my first flow campaign.
I'm still getting to grips with postscript. It is a very professional APP, with probably more functionality than a small-medium sized business needs. I use Omnisend for all my email blasts now and Postscript for texts. its not expensive considering the returns you get and much cheaper than say FB ads. The only drawback is that you have to watch carefully the number of credits you use, because if you have a text with lots of emoticons (which often end up as counting as 3-4 SMS credits) or texts which are resent after xx days if unread, you can burn through your free monthly SMS credit allowance quickly. Am extremely happy with their customer service too.
Shannon was the most amazing customer service person. Walked me through the whole process and was patient enough ffor my 5,000 questions :)
Engineer Patrick with the help from CSR Zev fixed an issue immediately! Had URL text message to redirect to wrong URL/different store, and was fixed in minutes! Thanks team
