Very easy to use and so affordable. We're really impressed with Postscript and have been able to deepen our connection with our customers. Oh, and it has made us a bunch more money, so yeah. It's pretty awesome.

We recently made the switch to Postscript and have been extremely impressed with the customer service (shoutout to Zev!), the ease of the platform, and the integrations Postscript offers us. Their CS team is always available to help and answer questions. It's easy to setup new automations and campaigns that drive revenue and grow our SMS list and last but not least Postscript easily integrates with many platforms/tools we already use to give our customers a cohesive experience.

I am loving this app so far! I've had it for just a few weeks and it's already paying for itself! Plus, the customer service is top notch. They were quick to respond and help me with questions I had.

The Roi Postscript gives you is amazing and there customer service is the best! By far one of the best and easiest apps out there!

Installed this app 2 weeks ago and noticed an immediate difference in sales and conversion. Integrates seamlessly with Shopify - I had to do almost nothing to get automations such as back in stock, browse abandonment, etc alerts running. Really intuitive and easy to use. Support is super responsive and helpful. Very excited to see the difference this app makes over the course of the next few months!

8/24/2021 - It went from 5 stars down to 1. I have been trying to get answers for the last two weeks on a problem and I haven't gotten a single answer. COMPLETE turn around from what the customer service use to be back in May. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. I am paying $50 a month and can't even get an answer to a question. I may start looking for another service because this isn't acceptable. ORIGINAL REVIEW -- MAY/2021
I have been dealing with Andre for support and he has been wonderful. The program is fantastic, it is easy to use. It does EXACTLY what I have been looking for. I truly like that there are different tiers for pricing. If you're on the fence their more than generous trial period is a PERFECT amount of time to figure out if it is for you or not. I am a week into my trial and I know for certain it is for me! Hands down one of the best technical supports.

Not only have we been happy with the app, but their customer support team is also amazing! Shannon, who has patiently walked me through my millions of questions, is fantastic. I strongly encourage everyone to at least give it a try!

Aside from the fact that the user interface in and of itself is the most well designed and user friendly SMS platform on the market, the team at postscript is seriously guaranteed to solve any problem that you may have.
