Postscript SMS Marketing

I have used a lot of apps with Shopify. Some are frustrating and some are as simple as follow the instructions and click. This app isn't the easiest to use. But the support makes up for just that. Mr. Sean has EXCELLENT customer service and has been quick to respond to my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this app!

Insane ROI and open rates relative to email marketing. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting better open rates and conversion rates.

I wanted to find another route to communicate with my customers, and Postscript was what I chose. After just simply activating the popups and slightly changing the branding on the original messaging, I already had sales rolling in from cold traffic that were using the popup to snag a small discount. I'm currently up to about 350 subscribers in only 1 month, and each subscriber is worth about $10 and climbing daily. Well worth the investment. I made over $3,000 with it during the free trial. I have had a couple small issues with deliverability, and the support staff is top notch. Porshai has been a great help with any issue I have encountered. Highly recommended.

communication is good and fast which is #1 for me.. there was a few little hiccups but the agent noticed it and and had no problem getting it fixed asap

This app has helped bring customers to my website, especially since Facebook doesn't show in newsfeeds for groups/pages like it once did. I am able to send out discount codes, let me girls know when new arrivals are live, etc. To add, the customer service is top notch: I needed help today, and Sylvia was great and very prompt!!
