We used this app to set up our subscription management for Recharge & Shopify via SMS and so far it's making everything run much smoother. Really simple setup and great, prompt and helpful customer support.
After a lot of back and forth on the best platform for us, we decided to go with Postscript and have been thrilled. For a moment, we explored other options, thinking maybe we were missing out, but after all was said and done, we came right back here. Postscript offers all the bells and whistles with SMS and maybe even more importantly, their support team is incredible. We have had nothing but good experiences from the sales team, to our dedicated CSM, to the amazing people running the support chat box. Really bit fan and highly recommend!
We are new to the app and so far it has been easy to use and customer service has been FANTASTIC! Their team works so hard to meet our needs, and values our business priorities as much as we do. (This is a huge deal to us and we are so appreciative!!)
I was experiencing what I thought was a systems issue right before launching a campaign Shannon was amazingly supportive and patient helping to resolve my human error and taught me something else I had overlooked previously. Love the system it pays for itself each month!
Honestly this app is so easy to use! Not only that, but the customer service is really what keeps me. Love it!
Great so far. I just started using it and it converted people so far. It's great it came with it's own automatic popup that I didn't have to manually create. Loving it so far

Lots of hidden and buried features, click thru is extensive, but customer rep Bre was very helpful. ok
