I am happy so far with the customer service I received from Michael. I was using a different SMS service that charged an arm and a leg and didn’t do what I needed it to. Needless to say, Michael made sure received the services I needed and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!
Taylor was a big help and answered all my questions. I was trying to have this app all set up before I officially launched my website and now that everything is put together I can launch it in a couple weeks. Thank you so much Taylor you rock!

Functionality is already the best out of all the sms apps but the customer support is what sets this app apart from everything else on the market. Kyler knocked it out of the park for me. 5 stars!
The best SMS app ever! Support is really patient and helped me to solve my concerns. I feel the care of their support team and they follow up just to make sure my concerns are solved. I really recommend this app.
I recently removed Privy due to the fact they lacked proper SMS marketing. Decided to try Postscript and I absolutely love this app. They was quick and very responsive. App is also easy to use and is very helpful for all my SMS needs. We all know SMS is much more responsive than email
I love how the app allows me to send picture messages w/o having to click on a link! It also tells the user who the message is from which is very helpful. I also like being able to receive messages from the customer & be able to respond to them through the app. Very happy with the app.
We use postscript at rudeoffensive.com. They have been amazing! As a UK store its important for us to be sending from a UK number and postscript set this up for us, made other tweaks for us and have just been all round great. With a free 30 day trial with unlimited credits you'd be a fool not to give postscript a try!
So far so good for a first time user. Its a very easy app, super convenient and Sylvia was awesome!
We had a billing issue and the staff personally made sure it got handled before we hit a major deadline. Great and amazing support!
