Postscript SMS Marketing

I use Postscript to send SMS messages and have had a great experience so far. I had an issue with uploading my customer list and two team members (Zev and Maddie) helped me solve my issue really quickly. I am very impressed with both the app and the customer service! Highly Recommend

Excellent customer service. Extremely responsive and helpful. I get nervous utilizing apps with my website because i dont totally understand the back end. This company addresses any questions immeditely. Its also my first SMS marketing app ive downloaded. Pretty new to the app but it was very easy to set up. Loved that the featured are clearly communicated so we knew that it would do what we needed. Reached out to support with a minor question and the response was very quick and detailed. Love that they seem to provide the same level of customer service we like to give our own customers.
