Postscript SMS Marketing

Just during the free trial period, we saw crazy growth with Postscript! It was a no brainer to upgrade our plan once it was over. The amount of revenue we saw from our welcome series alone was amazing! I truly believe it helped bolster our online sales during the most uncertain part of COVID-19. Plus, their live chat support is unprecedented - so helpful and kind - they obviously truly care about their customers.

This App is the next best thing! Within days we've quadrupled our customer interaction and have the sales to show for it! Highly recommend!

I've been dealing with Zev mainly, he provides excellent customer service and I initially thought it is his app as he replies so quick and wants to genuinely resolve any issues asap. The app is awesome. Very affordable. Great chat support. I highly recommend it.

One thing I would like to see is more templates with proven flows and messages, and deeper segmentation options.

I am 15 days into my free trial and have gotten great customer service when I have had questions. They have training videos to help you navigate how to get the word out. And I have already seen a return on investment enough to cover my first paid month and leave my old text service and make the switch.

Postscript has been very easy to use and I recommend it for sure. Everytime I have had a question, Shannon has went above and beyond to help.
