Postscript SMS Marketing

Big fan of Postscript so far. The platform itself is great. There are a few small things that I wish I could do that are not currently possible (like dynamic product names in abandoned cart texts), but I am sure the team is rapidly improving the technology. Where Postscript really shines is the human element of running a shopify app (ok they would probably call it a marketing platform). The sales rep who I initially talked to went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The implementation support was also very helpful. We had a big sale approaching and I wanted to make sure I fully understood how the platform worked in our specific situation. Rae helped me set everything up how I wanted it. And Sylvia the chat support rep was very helpful when I had a specific question about the platform!

Customer support is great! They're quick to respond and super helpful. Doesn't feel like they're rushing to end the chat - they're really there to help. Much appreciated.

I am literally just setting everything up (like on day 1 of my 30-day trial) and I am BLOWN away by the quality of customer support! Bre has been so patient and understands what my issues are. I looked at numerous SMS apps and Postscript hands down was the winner. Easy integration with shopify, EXCELLENT customer service (even on the free trial), the support department is extremely helpful and responsive. Postscript has taken my business to the next level... I'm a lifetime customer!

I'mma just hit on the customer service aspect of this app... IT. IS. AMAZING! Michael helped me today and took all of .02 seconds to respond, was beyond helpful and KIND! When you are your own I.T. department help is what you are constantly seeking and the peeps over at Postscript come through EVERY time! 10 out 10 recommend for the customer service experience alone!

I have tried quite a few SMS platforms out there and I think I will stick with this one. Support is really great & responsive and there're so many options for segmentation in order to refine my marketing which is what I need. The UI is also easy to use. I like it!

Postscript provides any easy way to connect and engage with your customers via SMS. Their support is top notch and will reply to you even on the weekend. Highly recommend running this for your promotional campaigns!
