Postscript SMS Marketing

Although I had some issues initially the customer service was excellent very helpful & patient during set-up! I love this app so far so good:)

The customer service team has been extremely helpful especially with bringing over my existing customer list and getting them put into this new texting system. Still trying to figure everything out as far as the service is concerned but so far I am very satisfied with the Postscript service & the customer service is top notch!

Shannon was amazing. She answered every question I had and helped me setup my sms quickly. I highly recommend this app.

I am so impressed by PostScript so far. Setup was so easy and it started generating sales right away. My questions are answered right away, thanks Bryan. I couldn't be happier. I am just sad I had not been using this sooner.

Great support team, they're quick to answer and help the best they can. Still relatively new to the app, it has more ecomm-focused features than other's I have used so that's a plus. I have hit some minor hiccups with tracking and features I'd love to see them implement, but from what I see and what they say they take feedback seriously so hoping to have those resolved / implemented!

We just onboarded this past month. Everything is going well so far and the service is great. We had some questions on NEW YEARS DAY and the support team was very responsive still. Thank you to Zev for helping us out right away!
