Zev is incredible at support. The software is great! Definitely install and use Postscript if you want to use SMS mrktg.
This app came highly recommended to us by several other shops. It is easy to use, the support team is excellent and we are excited to see the results!

customer service is great and very helpful. My customers love it! I will say it is a bit expensive and wish they had a better plan but the actual system is great!! super easy and friendly to use.
Great app so far they are helping me get set up now. I'm having to adjust their templates to sound less buggy and more personal but that is Ok.
Shannon on their Customer Support team is so helpful and was able to assist me with creating a new list to alert our subscribers of products we're discontinuing. Plus the recharge integration is a huge plus! Love the Postscript team!!!!
I used this app to increase sales and saw a increase during the first day. I was blown away with the text for abandoned cart that help generate sales! Cha Ching!

We just got started with Postscript and the team has been beyond supportive and helpful. We are big believers in human connection and Postscript goes above and beyond. The customer service (shoutout to Shannon and Sean), replies in seconds and the founders are never above hopping on a call to troubleshoot an issue. SO excited to be working with this team!
Support is top notch. Their team is "Johhny on the Spot" responsive. It integrates well with other platforms and is extremely versatile. It is a must have for any shopify store trying to take their marketing and engagement to the next level. Happy to have found them for getting text reminders to my customers!
