I've been using PostScript for a few months now, and I wish I got it sooner! My customers love being notified via text message & my sales have been up especially with the abandoned cart recovery. Also the customer service is amazing & I love the fact that I can send them a message and get support so quickly. If you are debating on whether you need to get this or not, DO IT! You won't regret it :)

This is an absolute amazing App. I highly recommend to anyone looking to grow their business. The results are great and even better is the customer service. Insane support from the online chat team member Sean who stayed up all night to get everything I wanted from Postscript up and running. Postscript enabled us to promote a number customers can text for support, rather than just email. We can then forward their response to Gorgias, which our support team then open, reply and close the ticket all in one place, which shoots the customer back a helpful text message. Great platform! Epic support. Highly recommend.
