Great way to stay connected with our customers! Easy to set up and runs by itself afterwards! Definitely recommend.

Postscript has been amazing for SMS campaigns. The prices are lower than my last SMS provider, it integrates very well with my email provider, and setting up campaigns is simple. Customer service has been amazing and they even email you a transcript of the chat to keep all of the tools/resources that they've provided! I worked directly with Cailee Rye today and Cailee deserves a raise for the outstanding customer service experience I was provided with.

Sylvia and Bryan are both brilliant assets to the postscript team. They are both professional, patient, articulate, helpful and personable - their determination to assist and provide solid understanding goes beyond the standard and is greatly appreciated, valued and respected. This app is great. Easy to navigate through and my customers seem to love it as well. Customer services is great as well.

App is used for SMS marketing for my shoetique. Was having issues with uploading images for automations/campaigns. Reached out to customer service on New Year's day and was assisted by a fellow Tennessean named Shannon. She was super helpful and very sweet. Used the recommendations for sizing she gave and it worked. Thanks so much for your help, Shannon!!

Postscript has been a great partner in helping launch our SMS program thus far. The Postscript team has been critical in helping us craft the strategy around our program launch and continue to be great partners to us in helping us not only grow our SMS list, but also expand our strategy to become more personalized and targeted as we evolve. The platform is very intuitive and easy for an in-house marketing team to use. The pricing is transparent and completely controllable from the business side so there aren't any surprises. I started using Postscript on my site and have been really enjoying it. I did get notified by a customer that they were receiving quite a few texts (by mistake of something I overlooked). I contacted support and they were quick to help me make the proper changes (thanks Sylvia). I do recommend this for anyone looking for SMS marketing
