After talking with every single SMS Shopify app company not only could they not provide the automation I looked for, they took multiple days to respond and answer my questions. Postscript did the exact opposite. Their functionality when it comes to automation is #1 in the world. However, the most important aspect of why you should download this and add it to your marketing is customer service. I especially want to thank Sean for answering my million questions, never being frustrated and being super helpful. Would not have been able to solve this without him. Sean, Thank you!

This app is not only amazing but the team behind is extraordinary as well. We have checked out other SMS platforms before and found out that Postscript has an excellent integration with Shopify. Setup was super fast and easy. We've definitely seen a difference in sales utilizing Postscript. The flow setup makes life easier with everything automated. We just started using the campaign portion and that's super easy as well. So far we're loving this app!

I've been using this app for a few weeks now and am loving it. definitely seeing an increase in my sales since adding texting. We saw results almost instantly, and the customer service is extremely knowledgable and quick to respond. Also, the backend is easy to use with quality analytics. We were hesitant to enter the world of SMS marketing as we thought it was a little gimmicky, but it's absolutely here to stay at this point!
