I thought I liked Postscript, until their customer support team told me I was able to cancel and out of contract before I apparently was.
The fun part, they do not include your contract anywhere in their platform billing, so if you have been with them for three years like I have and decide you want to move on - you basically have to dig through files to ensure you are out of contract (which for me was yearly and rolled into another YEAR LONG term).
The day before the next billing cycle starts I tried to confirm I am uninstalled and won't be charged in February, but the joke is on me.
Turns out their customer support is terrible.
Don't use this service.

This app advertise a plan at 0$ but they charge you 25$ even if you dont use it and refuse to refund it.
The use a loophole of advertising free but its not free its 25$ a months even if you dont use it.
I downloaded it and wanted to see the features but I didnt use it and they charges me 3 months which they refuse to refund.
Such a bad customer service and business model it should be illegal to advertise a 0$ plan if its 25$ minimum that you are being charge anyway
I can't believe the lack of customer service. NO ONE is available on chat and no response from your email team either. What a colossal disappointment!
Postscript is a wonderful SMS app, very sophisticated, and relatively easy to use with their awesome customer support. We had a smaller SMS base before, but now with Postscript, our base is growing, the segments and templates are easy to modify to our messaging, customers can text us back, and the SMS tools are boosting engagement with customers and overall sales. The live chat feature is prompt even for us in the east USA! Onboarding was a breeze and chat support gave us the confidence to develop more campaigns and try new engagement. Taylor in chat support is wonderful!
We love Postscript. It's incredibly intuitive, and support is always fast and reliable. Mackenzie is the best and always friendly and understanding to questions I have regarding the platform. We love Postscript!

Taylor, Meg, Faith, Jenny - Amazing Postscript team that takes support to the next level - making Postscript more powerful for us. They always have ideas and insight on how to grow. Love that the pricing is straightforward and no surprises.
One thing I would like to see is more templates with proven flows and messages, and deeper segmentation options.
There are pros and cons to any platform, yet Postscript gives us continual results.
They charge $25 even if you havent sent any text marketing out, trying to find another text marketing app to go with
If I could give this app zero stars I would. My company has been using this app over a year and the experience is the worst.
Taking money from small business owners and not delivering is the worst form of business practice. Whenever we text our customers the messages are not being delivered but your company is getting compensated.
We reached out to customer service to get a resolution and instead of assisting my company we received the run around. Some of my customers aren't receiving our marketing messages and your company needs to reimburse us.
WOW Meg is amazing!!! It's hard to get good customer service on message chats, and with most company chats I've often had to stop the conversation to confirm that I'm speaking with a real person because it felt like the people chatting with me were not paying attention or reading my full replies. Completely opposite experience with Meg. She understood what my concern was right away, asked for the relevant information needed, and also looked up my account on her own end to understand the full details of what was going on. She told me what she thought was happening and how she could help and also reached out to her manager to confirm her findings. She then followed up with me the same day with an update, and then again early the next morning with a conclusion on what they had found and what was going to be done to remedy the situation. I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service that we received and the solution to our problem. Thanks so much Meg!!
Porshai from the postscripts team was so helpful. We where not able to log into our app and connect with customers. She found the issue and make another long in for both of our stores while we reach out to shopify to get the issue fixed so we are still able to log in and connect with client. Thank you so much for the help! It was fast and easy
