STAY AWAY OF THIS APP! Their customer support is terrible. We have a problem verifying the TOLL number which said not to approve our account because related to "sells products considered to be prohibited content". We have nothing to do with weed or alcohol, just a beauty supply. We reached out to them twice, not even a solution, sending us a bunch of bsh!t instructions and left.

Just onboarded to the platform and had the pleasure of working with Meg! She's a lifesaver and couldn't have done it without her!!!!

Postscript is by far the best tool I’ve found for sending text messages on Shopify. The UI makes it super easy to create and test messages. Love the app!

This app is super easy to use and smartly designed. I just installed it this month and already have new potential customers connected. I had a slight problem understanding a couple items, and Alex w customer service was right there instantly in chat and solved my question like a breeze!! I highly reccomend PostScripts to all!!

Since downloading this app I have been able to push sales through my text messaging marketing. I have also added the incentive for people to sign up on my homepage for 15% off their purchases. I have had customers use it! Great customer service too! I highly recommend.

customer service is great and very helpful. My customers love it! I will say it is a bit expensive and wish they had a better plan but the actual system is great!! super easy and friendly to use.

We are happy customers of Postscript since 2019! It's one of our biggest marketing channels. We love SMS marketing because it's so easy & the ROI is huge! I've especially loved working with Tara our dedicated Postscript guru! We meet on a biweekly basis & it's been a huge help. Our SMS sales have significantly increased since working with Tara!
