Customer service is incredible. I fired away maybe 10 questions and Shannon seemed to have an answer for everything. some wowed me. helped me get my app and running with zero roadblocks. should've reached out sooner!
So far, so good. I'm starting my SMS campaign this past three months. I've experienced a revenue increase with a few dollars of investment. I love the Postscript support team and I continue learning about this platform.
We're very new to SMS, but the support at Postscript is phenomenal. They make everything turnkey, which is so important for small businesses that have a million things to do in a day. Easy to install and implement, and friendly and helpful customer service. What more could you ask for?

Very intuitive app but when I have needed support, I've gotten GREAT support from the Postscript team (specifically Porshai and Michael)!
Postscript has been awesome for us to use and brought in great revenue! We upgraded our plan but couldn't do much until our free trial ran out, but the support staff and Bryan we're awesome and accommodating to help us out!
