I've recently been using Postscript for my SMS and 1 think I can say I appreciate is their customer service. Thanks for being there.
Faith is so helpful! She assisted in getting my billing issues taken care of. Zen did an awesome job helping me setup automations and answering questions I had. I really appreciate his willingness to help.
This app has SO many resources! You literally can NOT lose with Postscript. They have been prepping us on BFCM well in advance and I am happy about it! Also their customer service is top notch! Hey Bre! *Waves* All of their team goes above an beyond, one even made a Loom video for me to follow allow with for understanding with a previous issue! They ROCK.
I am very happy with Postscript SMS Marketing. You can't say enough good things about the platform. Faith was very helpful and super pleasant! She even sent me a guided video to teach me how to resolve the problem if it presents itself again in the future. Thanks Faith!
I’ve been using postscript for about 2 months with great results. I’ve need help with support and the last time Shannon helped me and was AWESOME! There are plenty of companies out there that offer the same product but services is what separates them.
Phenomenal support, Zev specifically was awesome. Very robust platform with a ton of options and customizations and most importantly, great automation.
Postscript is simply amazing! It is just what we needed for our business, the simplicity is perfect for those who don't know a ton about marketing, but want to dive in! Fantastic customer service! We highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to easily let their customers know what's going on with their brand/business and grow sales -- you won't regret it! :)
Been meaning to jump into SMS for some months now, and was waiting on Klaviyo's product. Heard about PS from Kurt Elster's podcast not too long ago, so I thought It would be a great idea to AT LEAST start collecting numbers now.
Shannon from PS CS has been truly amazing and a gem. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. She was also very helpful and she helped the setup of automations and helped me better understand the platform in general.
The platform itself seems quite powerful thus far, with a relatively easy UX.
Shannon is a keeper.
