I have had the pleasure of working with two great account managers at Postscript, ironically both named Sean W. They couldn’t be more attentive. Between answering my questions as I learned how to use the app to jumping on a call with me to suggest ways to scale our campaigns, they rock!

This app has been a great new channel of revenue for our company. I was skeptical how people would react to getting offers via text, but it’s working! We are seeing very high conversion rates and look forward to expanding with more campaigns. Thanks guys!

Postscript is a game changer. They give a FREE 30 day trial, in which I have made over $1000 thus far. When I had questions, the chat was super easy to use. Zev was very helpful, and actually really funny and used gifs. lol

Zev took the time on a late Saturday night to get me set up with automation and figure out an issue. Excellent introduction this this company! Thank you so much for the great customer service.

My sales have increased drastically from my old texting program to postscript! It's by far the best texting app I have used. My only regret is I wish I would have switched sooner!! I love being able to add gifs, emojis and photos it makes your text messages way more meaningful. Customer service is on point as well!

Can't say enough good things about the Postscript / Shopify integration -- the documentation is super easy and automated discount codes have been a huge win! The welcome series automation now outperforms email (Klaviyo) on rev per recipient, and add to cart abandon (new + repeat) is absolutely cranking! Plus, the customer service team is lights-out fast on responses and follow-up -- can't recommend this enough.
