Kyler was amazing helping with things I didn't understand being new to the program. It seems a little overwhelming at first, but with the Postscript team available for Chat, It makes it completely doable for anyone.

First off, this service is AMAZING! We have had so many questions about different things and each and every time, they reassure us that what we want to do IS possible! The customer service exceeds ALL expectations! Shannon is the sweetest and answers all of our questions without ever making us feel like a bother (no matter how silly they are). If I could give this app 10 stars, I would in a heart beat! HIGHLY recommend!!
I needed help with my sms texting strategy and Bre was more then a help she was a life saver . She walked me through everything and was very patient with me.
I was with Blueprint for the Beta period, loved the guys over there but Postscript is more built out and gives us all the tools and support needed to help our ecommerce business grow. Postscript allows for the best integrations and segmenting is on a whole other level. Highly recommend!
