I have been using postship app for a while now, and I must say it’s been a fantastic experience. The app itself is intuitive, feature-rich, and runs smoothly. It’s exactly what I needed for managing.
The app is easy to use and I like how it keeps getting better with updates. My customers are happier now because they can see where their orders are.
Lovely app, they have really good interface and their page actually drives revenue, I have never seen tracking page as a channel to increase orders but the way they have optimised it, it works pretty well and adds about 7% additional orders for us over the last 1 week. I will definitiely recommend trying them out
I had an issue with this app as it is showing products in wrong currencies when customer track their order. Contacted their customer service multiple times and every time they say they fixed the issue and it will be implemented tomorrow. I am still waiting for this since weeks now!
i downloaded this app 1 month, i did not delete it yet because i didn't have time to set up a new tracking app yet, horrible service, they take 5 days to response back, never solve a single problem from your request, i had multiple times i can't count that i wanted to get help. THey said yeah will look into it, never never, multiple times like that. i even said, i don't subscribe the paid plan yet not because i plan to use the free one, but i want to see their service and how the app worth. OH ITS NOT FREE.
The support is always available, helped me connect my own domain for notifications. It's a good app

Postship tracking app are a lifesaver, and I no longer need to manually check shipping statuses. Plus, the customer support team is responsive and helpful, making sure any issues are quickly resolved
