This is a nice app for my customers to track order status and the tracking page looks good too. The support is great and the app is very easy to use.

no email is being sent either from my side not from their. no status update. changing email sender is not working as no confirmation mail is delivering.
the support girl just disappeared 2 days ago without any further sign of life.
