This App is awesome!
I am re-organizing all our products and worried about the tags. This free App really helped me!!!
I ran a job yesterday. But it seemed like stucked. So I asked there online support this morning. They fixed it in just minutes. Very quick response.
I have already completed about 30 jobs of organizing tags in 2 days. Love this App.
Brilliant. After importing 4000 products into Shopify, my tags are a mess. This is saving me a lot of hassle fixing them in bulk. Being free is terrific. Will take a look at their paid apps due to this.
Edit: developer seems to have done something to reduce or solve this issue. good app.

at first it seems great, but then i noticed not every job i requested is being correctly completed or even fully completed. maybe because it is doing the jobs slower than i am putting them in?
for example: i have a group or products tagged "great" and i want to have all of those also tagged "yellow" . i have another group tagged "super" that i also want tagged "yellow" and submit the job.
i submit the request. now i want the tag "great" removed
it botches.

it doesn't change the names of the existings tags at all. it shows that the job is completed but it doesn't change it at all.
Hi, sorry to hear about your troubles. The tag editor it is case sensitive, as such the tags must be entered as they are on the products. You can view the tags in this format by viewing any product in your store admin, the going to Tags and 'view all'.

Hallelujah! I was in a state of shock that Shopify does not allow editing of tags! ??? REALLY???? THEN, I found this stoked of genius and felt like singing the Hallelujah Chorus. Working flawlessly within seconds, saving me time and thrilling my soul on the expeditious improvement of my work flow.
It deleted all my tags and didn't update the new ones.
I had to manually add all the tags again. This app shouldn't be in the Shopify store.

As far as we can see, the app has done exactly as it described, it converted your 'handle' tags to title case. The issue appears to be that you already had tags in the title format, so it effectively just removed the 'handle' tags, to prevent duplicates.
You can use the Bulk Edit Tags to undo these changes by using the 'Replace Tags' or 'Add Tags' features. We're always here to help implement either of these solutions!
The Bulk Edit Tags is a powerful tool, and we do recommend following the instructions and taking care before pressing big red buttons :)
