Easy to use. Easy to install. Seems to work great so far. Also I like that you're able to customize the colors and design easily.

I added this app to my website because it’s a cool feature. I think they could wait longer to make me write review to move on in installation process, so I don’t like that, but we will see, it’s FB and live , what could possibly go wrong?

Just finished installing it, not sure if customers will be asked to log in to their facebook to continue the chat, if yes, I think it's better if they talk to me within my website as quests without being asked to login to messenger.

I just installed the app. It was super easy. Hopefully it will relay the idea of a more personalized experience to customers. We will see how it goes!

I recently added this to my site. I love the automation and easy set up. Only suggestion would be to edit the size of the popup. Other than that I like it a lot so far.
