great app to use for customer support.Nice display Easy Setting /Navigation upon set up .I Would Recommend This app For Install
Not a good customer service strategy or best practice when not willing to process a prorated refund to an unhappy customer. Customers beware. Know that you love it before you buy it for a year in advance!

The app works fine as promised - but the setup is terrible, since you are hooked on your subscription until you manually cancel on the Powr website.

Very easy set up. I liked that I could customize the colors to match my site! Also, you can upload your own custom photo or use one of their photos.
