I installed Powr Form Builder in my store and it's a great app, it is completely customizable. So far so good, it will be better if there is a 24-hour online customer service chat button

He was so helpful and provided screen shots that made it easier to visualize where to go and what to do. Richarde was very knowledgeable and was attentive to our needs.
