The POWR Team has been very helpful and responsive. Richcarde communicated well and took care of answering many of my questions as well as fixed an issue I could not navigate on my own.
Been using the Power apps for years and will continue to do so! Comprehensive, user friendly (no code required, but available if desired) and efficient. The customer service is also top notch.

POWR: FAQ Page is great in theory. I have two problems with this app as a whole.
There is no styling that is easily customizable. Which is the lesser of the two issues I have.
In our e-com store we have over 25,000 SKUs, I say this to emphasize SPEED IS EVERYTHING. This app takes a solid 45-80 seconds to load. It is unacceptable.

Our apps are Iframes and unfortunately cannot load before all Shopif's scripts, whcih mich cause this dealy in loading. However we will continue to work on load speed improvement further.

Love it! I've been wanting to put together a FAQ page for a while now, but I never did because I was scared about trying to code in collapsible rows. This app does everything for you! Amazing, very easy to use and it's easy to customize.
I really love how much you're able to customize within this app. To really take advantage of all the features, you have to purchase the unlimited plan, which is a little expensive, but I think it's well worth it.
Very easy to install. It takes the guess work out of FAQ questions... Wonderful!
