Easy to use! love it so far and allows up to 5 faqs for free which is great. Recommend to give it a try
Easy set up and install. The only thing I would like to know is if having info within this widget still gives SEO benefits. If anyone knows please share!
I used this app easily to replace an app that shopify no longer supported. The design functions were clear and simple. The whole process was simple and I'm pleased with the way it looks. Please don't follow along with those other apps that get me in and then are abandoned by shopify. thank you in advance.
The app worked as needed! Pretty self-explanatory to be honest. It's pretty customization as well, don't waste your money on a paid app!
Love being able to answer questions that the customers don't often ask and leave our page.

The app is great, but it takes about 1-2 seconds to load the questions. Other than that it's perfect.

says free but u can only add 5 questions, totally useless, not easy to use and doesn't indicate that you ahve to pay

POWR is a great App for my FAQ, many options for personnalisation, and was easy to embed in my store without coding anything. I can add as much questions as i need, put links into answers, images too, it's perfect ! Thank you

there is a lot of other apps where its possible to make an faq without having to advertise the company behind the app

The look of the faq is lovely and i like it very much,also is super easy to build and publish. the problem is that its taking a few seconds to upload on the page. and we all know how much this can affect a customer's choice to leave the page or even worst the website. For this reason i'm not sure whether to keep the app or not. we'll see.

I love this app. It makes the setup much easier for me. This app is very detailed and easy to use. This app provides me with useful FAQs that I do not need to come up with.
This app provides the most flexibility in creating FAQs on each page. We used quite a few FAQ apps that were ok but limiting in how and where they presented. If you take FAQs seriously then this is the FAQ app for you.

It's easy! Grateful for the free option (all I needed were 5 Q&A) and templates. This was a true breeze. Wish the rectangles were wider!
cool easy, and got everything you need, I think it would be better if it would have costume options, in the popup looks.
I love that is SO user friendly and it includes the fonts I'm currently using in my online store. An excellent option for beginners.

Aplicativo diz ter plano gratuito e é verdade, mas é um plano inutil. Possui um gigantesco accordion dizendo sobre eles, então se vc vai fazer um FAQ, vc só pode colocar 5 perguntas e a sexta é um accordion só deles! Nem de graça quero isso

This app is absolutely perfectly design and super easy to use. Feels like made in Germany or Switzerland. Everything is customizable and yet it's so easy to use. The free version is limited to 5 Questions which is totally fine to test it. There's nothing I didn't like about it.

I have used the paid subscription and i completely regret that i have installed this buggy app.
1. After a while the FAQ stopped appearing on my product pages
2. Some product pages where DESTROYED by the app: images didnt show up, texts didnt show up, old product descriptions showed up
3. FAQ has a long loading time
4. Didnt find my products to automatically install the faq (after i tried to install the FAQs again after it messed up everything before)
I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!!!
Removing the POWr branding from the free plan is the only downside for me. Otherwise it is a great app!

I like the fact that POWr has so many apps to choose from. Easy to use. 5 x integration and I'd be happy to recommend.
Good app, but the powr logo is more intrusive than it need to be on the free version. You cannot edit it in any way. I do not care if its there to promote them, but at-least let me modify its colors and lining to match my theme. Other than that, its good and I would recommend.

I can't say any cons, haven't even tried the paid version.
This was the 3rd FAQ app I have tried this evening. All others I uninstalled, they very difficult to navigate. So Far FAQ by POWr is 10000x better & I downloaded it about 5 Minutes ago. Thank you!!
