POWR Contact Form Builder

very easy to use- great and responsive customer service

We’ve been using POWR Form Builder in our Shopify store and while form issues and a subscription hiccup set us back briefly, the support team was exceptional. They were responsive, genuinely helpful, and got our forms fully restored. Exactly the kind of service you want when something breaks.

The app itself is flexible and does the job well with plenty of customization and integrations, and having a team that actually helps when stuff goes sideways made all the difference for us. Definitely worth considering if you want both a capable form builder and support that doesn’t ghost you.

Outstanding Service & Customised Support!

We've had an excellent experience with this app. The interface is user-friendly, and the support team is incredibly responsive. A special shoutout to Jamilya, who went above and beyond to help us set up customised field requirements tailored to our business needs. It's rare to find such a combination of great functionality and helpful service. Highly recommended!

I’m disappointed that the form doesn’t support custom CSS. It really limits the flexibility.

Loads very slowly. Almost unusable with edge browser. Contacted support several times and no luck fixing

It's easy to use, flexible, and lets me collect exactly the info I need from customers. Whenever I need assistance, their support team is responsive and gets things sorted quickly. Great tool for customizing forms without the hassle.

My experience with Powr Forms across various Shopify platforms has been very positive. We've successfully implemented a wide range of forms, from essential contact forms to more complex surveys and applications. The tool stands out for its extensive flexibility, comprehensive functionality, and consistent reliability.

We wanted to modify our customer contact form but Shopify's existing features did not allow us to do what we needed. The POWR Form Builder app has enabled us to update our contact form so that we can answer customers' queries quickly and efficiently. A great app so far, and it's great there's a free plan too.

I am new to this website development environment. I have been a software engineer for 20+ years, now retired, and have been asked to take over supporting this website.

I had a problem getting a parade entry application form to display for this year’s parade. It had worked last year but not this year. Arlyne was great in helping me identify the cause of the problem, which turned out to be an expired date issue. After resetting the expiration date and having Arlyne take a look at the settings, the application form is once again displaying properly.

Many thanks to Arlyne Catungal for the great, fast, efficient, and knowledgeable help.
