I have used this app for a couple of years now and love it! Love how I can customize my forms to collect specific information based on what I need. Tech support is quick to answer any questions I have.

Great app for building simple quizzes or forms. Very intuitive and easy to use. Used for a quiz and it looks and works great across mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
