It helps us a lot, but it should be able to automatically link customer information to our platform.
Thank you for leaving your review. the information that your customer submit in the form can be found in your Form Responses Dashboard. within your form. Once you edit your form, got to Settings and click on View Form Responses, you will have access to all the customer information.
I am extremely impressed with the advanced features and ease of use, wish I had found it earlier!!!!
I cant believe this app is FREE, great functionality and ease of install. I was able to even install the completed form on sub pages.

I had been using the App for 1 years. untill last year It was working OK. Then I unstalled because I did not anymore.
Today I have installed again. It is not working. They tried to update it but they destroyed it. Now it is one of the worst App on Shopify. I never experienced such a lousy support. I am deleting the App even I am losing 17 Usd.

This app is really easy to use and the features are only limited by your creativity. This is my go to app for any forms.
I don't mind paying for an app and it isn't that expensive. But I have a few Shopify stores. It would be/could be nice if I could just pay one (cheaper) fee to use on say about 3 or 5 stores. Otherwise, good. Got a little lost on the sign up - now don't know if I'm sending people straight to checkout or capture email address so I can send a coupon separately... confusing. I put a coupon code in the autoresponder, but maybe they are supposed to get the coupon code first and once they purchase my new item, then they get a thank you autoresponder. Ahem... I have to go back and study this and test it to see if I have it right... in other words, it got a little deep. :)
Fixed my problem within a minute! Easiest and fastest customer service I have had in awhile!! THANK YOU!
