POWR Form Builder Contact Form

I have been using this app for many years and have not found anything close to it that works as well and has the integrations with outside apps like Google Sheets, Zapier, etc. Had an issue and Luiz was quick to help and solve my issue.

We wanted to modify our customer contact form but Shopify's existing features did not allow us to do what we needed. The POWR Form Builder app has enabled us to update our contact form so that we can answer customers' queries quickly and efficiently. A great app so far, and it's great there's a free plan too.

Luis was very helpful and quickly got my form installed when I was having trouble. We use POWR Forms for a number of different applications on our site and they are reliable and user-friendly.

POWR has been such a great app to work with. Creating forms is extremely easy and any time I need help I'm able to use the Live Chat function. The team is very responsive and have been able to help with all of my questions/issues. Highly recommend!

I am new to this website development environment. I have been a software engineer for 20+ years, now retired, and have been asked to take over supporting this website.

I had a problem getting a parade entry application form to display for this year’s parade. It had worked last year but not this year. Arlyne was great in helping me identify the cause of the problem, which turned out to be an expired date issue. After resetting the expiration date and having Arlyne take a look at the settings, the application form is once again displaying properly.

Well, I'm new to the APP so my rating is for the help I received today from Luis and the person who helped me yesterday. SUPER helpful chat and guidance from them. Makes the app easier to use.

Easy integration with shopify, and I'm able to customize our form as much as I want. Support was super helpful, Irina got back to me quickly and solved my problem within 24 hours. Definitely makes me more confident using the app knowing support will be there when needed, especially for someone as un-tech savvy as me.
