Fairly easy to use and the customer service help is great!
No doubt its a Great app . Handles all form requirements. It also allows you to handle conditional display of fields in a form.
The only other thing I could ask for is for my customers to be able to close the form without submitting it.
I would definitely recommend this app to everyone! You can create beautiful Contact form and if you have any problems it's SUPER EASY to talk to someone. They will do everything to help you out. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I use this app for Contact Us Form. Apparently there are many things I can do with it, but I don't find it user friendly or intuitive. However the service I received from Mithsou was very good as he found a problem and fixed it. Thank you!
